Karina is a highly respected and qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, who has been teaching remedial massage for many years at TAFE NSW and previously the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF) with a focus on sports, anatomy, physiology and pain science units relating to massage. 

Soft tissue treatments provided by Karina are holistic in nature, where a clients’ daily life is taken in consideration and may include manual lymphatic drainage, nervous system regulation techniques and fascial stretching. Having worked in her own clinic and several allied health clinical environments she is accustomed to assisting clients through challenges that impact their ability to move better.  She has been using RockTape, RockPods, RockBlades and RockFloss in her clinic for many years, and has had a lot of success in these tools for her clients.

Recently Karina has moved from Sydney to Regional NSW (Dubbo) and will be part of our instructor team focussed on providing professional development training to regional areas.
