Simone is a physiotherapist and practice owner at Healthfocus Physiotherapy in Albury-Wodonga.

She has been teaching Rocktape courses since 2015, and first met Steve Stahl when they both studied their Musculoskeletal Masters at LaTrobe University in 2012.  She incorporates the use of Rocktape and therapy tools across her diverse range of clients.

Simone completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2001 at Charles Sturt University before completing a Post Graduate Certificate Women’s Health and Pelvic floor rehabilitation at Melbourne University in 2006 and Master of Muskuloskeletal Physiotherapy in 2012 at LaTrobe University.

She holds dual APA Titles in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy as well as Women’s Men’s Pelvic health.

Simone has lived in the Albury-Wodonga since 1998.  Health and fitness have always been key areas of interest to her growing up in Victoria’s Mallee region competing in athletics and many other sports.

She values the importance of community and has worked at Healthfocus since 2003, becoming a principal in 2018.

Simone has been associated with the Murray Bushrangers for several years and is the head physiotherapist to girls U18 team in the NAB league.

When not working you will find Simone enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 3 active boys.
