Dr Paul Dillon is a Chiropractor who has a passion for Chiropractic, rehabilitation and teaching. Paul started by earning a B.Sc Majoring in Anatomy and Physiology from UWA and then graduated from RMIT in 1988 as a Chiropractor, he continued to study and has gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Exercise Physiology, all whilst running his own successful practices. More recently Paul has gained further qualifications with a Post Grad Certificate and Diploma in Neuromuscular Rehabilitation from Murdoch University.  Currently he is completing his Masters in clinical sciences.  During his time as a Chiropractor, Paul has been part of the multidisciplinary medical team sponsored by the Australian and European PGA at the Heineken Golf Classic at the Vines Resort from 1990 – 2000.  He has volunteered his services at the World Cycling Championship in 1994, the 1996 World Power Lifting Championships, the Hopman Cup 1998-99 as well as numerous local sporting events around Perth.

Paul now divides his time between his practice, teaching and his family.  He continues to work and operate his practice Active Care Chiropractic located in Hammersley in Perth which also has 2 other Chiropractors, a Physiotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist.  Paul is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Chiropractic at Murdoch University teaching Physical Rehabilitation and Biomechanics.  He hopes to be part of the research program that will be measuring and validating, some of the benefits that Rocktape has on athletic performance.  Paul’s vast knowledge and experience ensures the next generation of Chiropractors will be at the forefront in their chosen field.  Paul and his wife Soozi also run around on the weekend attending their children’s numerous sporting events, mostly football and cricket.  Whenever Paul gets the chance he will head down to the beach on the body board, a bit of residual leftover from his “surfy dude” days.

Paul is a qualified Graston Technique Instructor and has used several brands of Kinesiology Tape for over 10 years.  It has aided him in his passion for rehab and treatment of his patients.  When introduced to Rocktape last August, Paul immediately saw the quality and value it provided and immediately had Rocktape incorporated into the Murdoch University Chiropractic Teaching Clinic as well as his own.  He continues to praise the benefits of Rocktape and recommends it to his students and uses it daily on his patients.

Paul is not without his flaws though; he is an Essendon supporter and hopes to see them win another flag very soon.
